Made with only premium, domestically sourced ingredients, our frozen pizza dough is a quick and easy way to make pizzeria style pizza at home without the hassle of breaking out the mixer.
Our dough can be used to make many great things, from pizza, to cinnamon rolls, bagels, and much more. Even children find our dough fun and easy to use.​

Recommended Refrigeration Method
(Ready in 8-10 hours)

Remove dough from freezer and place into refrigerator overnight in package. Dough will expand in the bag. (Dough can be used up to 4 days after removing from freezer if kept under refrigeration until use.)​

Once the dough has expanded and you are ready to use, let dough come to room temperature (about 30 minutes) before using.
Room Temperature Method
(Ready in 4-6 hours)

Let thaw in the package at room temperature (4-6 hours) or until dough is soft.

HOW TO MAKE A PIZZA

Flour dough. Lightly shape dough with hands and stretch to size. We do not recommend using a rolling pin to shape the dough, unless you prefer the dough to be thin. But it is your choice.

Place dough on a pizza screen or on a greased pizza pan. For thicker crust, use more than one package of dough. Or if you are using a pan, spread the dough in the pan and cover. Let set for 1/2 hour - 1 hour or until desired thickness has been obtained.

Add sauce, cheese and desired toppings. Topping suggestions include: broccoli, pineapple, mushrooms, green peppers, olives, onions, anchovies, bacon, sausage, Mexican pepper, and pepperoni. Be creative!

Bake in preheated oven until golden brown at 450 - 500 for about 10 - 14 minutes. The hotter the oven, the better.​

Remember ovens vary in temperature so keep an eye on your pizza!
